I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Unawatuna. the location was perfect for me, right in the center of town with easy access to all the restaurants and the Unawatuna railway station. Secondly, the rooms were spacious and clean, with modern facilities and a nice balcony to enjoy the view. Lastly, the staff were friendly and the service was impeccable. The attention to detail, such as the perfect shower and the delicious breakfast in the cafe attached to the building, really made my stay special.

If you're planning a trip to Unawatuna, I highly recommend staying at this guesthouse. the location is unbeatable, as it's right on the beach side and just a short walk to all the restaurants and the bustling walking street that leads to the beach. the rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and large balconies offering a nice view of the surrounding trees and rocks. the bathroom has a hot shower and a big mirror. the service is exceptional, with the owner going above and beyond to assist with transportation and any other needs. the delicious breakfast served at the café downstairs is the perfect way to start your day. And if you're a coffee lover, you're in luck because they serve the best coffee in town. the wifi signal is strong, which is always a plus.

Soundproofing could be improved as the rooms facing the main road can be a bit noisy at times.
